1. DEPOSIT

A minimum deposit of at least 50% of the full amount (plus a bank commission fee if paying by *credit card*) is required to confirm your reservations.  Full and final payment of the tour price must be made 24 hours before departure of the tour. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your reservations and penalties on the cancellation will apply.

 2. CANCELLATION OR ALTERATION OF TOUR DATE BY CUSTOMER: CANCELLATION FEES

 Greater than 5 days prior to Departure                                 25% of Full Fee

 Between 5 days and 2days prior to Departure                       50% of Full Fee

 Between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to Departure                75% of Full Fee

Less than 24 hours prior to Departure                                    100% of Full Fee

 There will be NO REFUND given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations. For NO-SHOWS, there will be NO REFUND.  All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by VKTOUR.

 3. RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLAIMER

 VKTOURAdventure Travel acts only in the capacity of agent for its travelers in making arrangements for transportation, hotels, and other services that are incidental to the travel that is being purchased. As agent for the travelers, VKTOUR makes the following disclaimers:

 

• VKTOUR does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death loss, accident or delay due to any act by any carrier, hotel, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour.

 

• VKTOUR does not assume any liability for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay caused by strikes, civil disturbances, hostilities, acts of war, or other forcemajeure.

 

•  VKTOUR accepts no responsibility for any damage or delay due to machinery breakdown, quarantine, weather, or causes beyond its control.

 

•  VKTOUR accepts no responsibility for any omission, delay, re-touring, additional expenses, or other events resulting from improper health certificates, or necessary documents to enter or depart a country, or acts of any government authority.

 

• VKTOURreserves the right to decline to accept or to retain any person as a member of the tour.

 

•  VKTOUR reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or to substitute hotels or to cancel a tour prior to departure, without prior notice for refund, or will not take responsibility for any loss due to group dynamics, weather governmental or police action, enjoyment, traffic jam or other conditions dictate.  Should VKTOUR cancel a tour as a result of any of these reasons, a refund will be made to the customer for all services that are not delivered.

 

• All of VKTOUR tours and services do not include any type of insurance. We highly recommend you to have your own travel insurance before taking any of our tours.

 

Furthermore:

 

• VKTOUR is not responsible for any accident, injuries, loss and damage of personal belongings;

 

• VKTOUR is not responsible for any promised service that was not made in written form; and

 

• In the unlikely event that a client causes damage to VKTOUR property or gear (such as kayaking and biking gear),VKTOUR will share the replacement and/or repair cost with the responsible party at a rate of 50% each.
